I work with my husband at a high school and every Wednesday is “garbage day.” Meaning he and a bunch of co-workers get some form of fast food and he’s allowed to drink regular soda. Today they went to McDonalds. I don’t normally like McDonalds (or rather it doesn’t like me) but I said what the hell and had a double cheeseburger. That was a big mistake. After eating really healthy for the last week and a half, on about 1,200 to 1,500 calories, my tummy is rejecting the fast food. I feel really sick now and wish I could throw up but I can’t. Thankfully I’ve only had a 300 calorie breakfast so I can afford the extra calories but I don’t feel good now
Good thing I plan on having a salad tonight for dinner so I can flush the fast food out of my system with some veggies.
