Yay!!

Well I’m not sure if I’ll be on this site anymore since I’m now 8 weeks pregnant :) Thankfully this baby really really likes fruits and veggies so I’ve been eating a lot of those and have lost almost all of my sweet tooth (which has been my major problem). And I’ve lost a few pounds in the past few weeks due to eating well and some nausea. So yay! :) I’m hoping for a girl!

Anyone with PCOS?

I was wondering if there was anyone else on here who has PCOS and what their doing to lose weight? What kind of diet? What kind of exercise? Thanks! :)

Ugh, that was a mistake…

I work with my husband at a high school and every Wednesday is “garbage day.” Meaning he and a bunch of co-workers get some form of fast food and he’s allowed to drink regular soda. Today they went to McDonalds. I don’t normally like McDonalds (or rather it doesn’t like me) but I said what the hell and had a double cheeseburger. That was a big mistake. After eating really healthy for the last week and a half, on about 1,200 to 1,500 calories, my tummy is rejecting the fast food. I feel really sick now and wish I could throw up but I can’t. Thankfully I’ve only had a 300 calorie breakfast so I can afford the extra calories but I don’t feel good now :( Good thing I plan on having a salad tonight for dinner so I can flush the fast food out of my system with some veggies.

I’m sooo tired!

I had a great day yesterday but I am so beat today. Yesterday morning I walked two miles around the track at the school by my house. Then people came over to celebrate my husband’s birthday so I spent the rest of the afternoon swimming (for like 2.5 hours). Then after everyone went home I spent some “quality time” with my husband :) I got 9 hours of sleep but I feel so beat! But I did really well with my eating at the party. I had grilled chicken breast, green salad, and fruit salad. I avoided the fried rice and the bread. I did have a small piece of ice cream cake but hey it was a birthday party :)
When I weighed myself this morning I was down a pound from yesterday and I’m wearing my smaller jeans that I haven’t been able to fit in over a year! So I guess being tired today is worth it :) Next week we get our treadmill so I can’t wait for that!
